Treatment of Hypertension Details
Treatment of Hypertension. Mobile Phone 01797522136, 01987073965. An increase in Blood Pressure more than normal is called Hypertension. There are 4 types of Hypertension. There are some medical courses for diagnosis and management of Hypertension. The Courses are the Paramedical Course, DMA Course, DMS Course, DPM Course, DMDS Course, and PDT Cardiology Course. All these courses are available at HRTD Medical Institute.
Types of Hypertension are Mild Hypertension, Moderate Hypertension, Severe Hypertension, and Hypertension Emergency. Normal Blood Pressure varies from man to man as their faces vary.
Normal Average Blood Pressure is 120/80 mm of Hg. So, Blood Pressure of more than 120/80 mm of Hg is called Hypertension. But it is not actually true for all the human beings. Treatment of Hypertension is easy if it is clearly understood.

Extremely High Extremely High Hypertension Emergency
Mild Hypertension
A Systolic BP of 140 to 159 and a Diastolic BP of 90 to 99 or Both Systolic BP and Diastolic BP between the above range is called Mild Hypertension.
Moderate Hypertension
A Systolic BP of 160 to 179 and a Diastolic BP of 100 to 109 or Both Systolic BP and Diastolic BP between the above range is called Moderate Hypertension.
Severe Hypertension
A Systolic BP of 180+ and a Diastolic BP of 110+ or Both Systolic BP and Diastolic BP more than the above-mentioned blood pressure is called Severe Hypertension.
Hypertension Emergency
When Systolic or Diastolic, or Systolic and Diastolic BP are extremely high, this is called a hypertension emergency.
Mechanisms of Hypertension
There are 3 ultimate mechanisms of Hypertension. The mechanisms are 1. An Increase in Heart Heart, An Increase in blood volume, and 3. An increase in the rigidity of blood vessels. The 3 are the ultimate final mechanisms of hypertension.

Antihypertensive drugs have many types, but they are classified into 3 groups according to the mechanisms of reducing blood pressure.
Drugs that reduce Heart Rate
Beta Blocker Drugs: Atenolol, Bisoprolol, Metoprolol.
Drugs that reduce blood Volume
Diuretic Drugs
Drugs that reduce the rigidity of the Blood Vessel (Vasodilator Drugs)
Calcium Channel Blocker

Treatment of Mild Hypertension
Try to find out the actual cause of hypertension
A single drug or meditation should be applied
The drug is according to the cause of hypertension.
1st Step: Alprazolam
If 1st Step fails then go to the 2nd Step
2nd Step: Alprazolam + Atenolol /Amlodipine ( Heart Rate কম থাকলে Heart Rate কমানোর ড্রাগ Atenolol, Bisoprolol, Metoprolol ইত্যাদি দেয়া যাবে না ।)
During the treatment of Moderate hypertension, blood pressure and Heart Rate should be monitored regularly, because BP and Heart Rate can fall and hypotension and Bradycardia can arise.

Lan Set দিয়ে ফুটা করে কিছু রক্ত বের করে দিন ।
Diuretic Drug দিয়ে BP কমাতে হবে ।
তারপর Severe Hypertension এর Treatment দিতে হবে ।

These drugs inhibit the Adenosin adenosine-converting enzyme that converts Adinosin I to Adinosin II. Adinosin II can constrict blood vessels. So, Adinosin II is a vasoconstrictor biochemical.

Angiotensin II is a vasoconstrictor biochemical. Losartan and Valsartan can block the Angiotensin II Receptors. As a result, blood vessels can not be constricted. So, blood vessels become dilated and blood pressure decreases.

Diuretic drugs are that decrease blood volume by urine production. These drugs are useful for the management of Hypertension emergencies. Diuretic drugs are 3 types according to their working activities. they are Quick Acting Diuretics, Medium Acting Diuretics, and Slow Acting Diuretics. Quick Diuretics are most useful for the management of Hypertension Emergencies. Slow-acting Diuretics are useful for the Maintenance Treatment of Moderate Hypertension and Severe Hypertension.

Loop Diuretics works at Loop of Henle, an important part of the nephron where water absorption is high.

Indications of Potassium Sparing Diuretics
Potassium-sparing diuretics are used in many treatments including hypertension. The indications are given below:
