HRTD is a Limited Company Registered by the Govt of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Home District Gaibandha, Present Address: Mirpur-10, Dhaka. After completing a BSc ( Physics, Chemistry, and Mathe) from Gaibandha Govt University College he started His career in a Pharmaceutical Company. During his service at a pharmaceutical company, he completed an MSc Preliminary from Anandamohon University College at Mymensingh and an MBA from Darul Ihsan University, Barisal Branch.

Birth Address: Shariful Islam Sarkar Born on 15th June 1973 at Village Muraripur, Post Office Roushanbag, Thana Palashbari, District Gaibandha. Father Name Md. Abdul Baki Sarkar, Mother Name Monowara Begum, Grandfather Md. Taraf Uddin Sarkar. He studied Primary Classes at Muraripur Govt Primary School and High School Classes at Pabnapur F M High School. He passed HSC and BSc ( Physics, Chemistry, and Math) from Gaibandha Govt University College, Gaibandha. Then He takes a job in a Pharmaceutical Company as a Medical Promotion Officer. For good performance, he was promoted as an Area Manager and Training Instructor. He trained the Field Forces ( Medical Promotion Officers). He completed his MSc Preliminary and MBA.
